In July and August 2022, Franc D’Ambrosio performed in two concerts with the legendary Andrea Bocelli at his private estate in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, along with Bocelli’s son Matteo, Michael Bolton and Paul Anka. Franc was accompanied on piano by Bocelli’s longtime composer, conductor and vocal coach, Maestro Carlo Bernini. Until meeting Bocelli last month, Franc was unaware that his performance in The Godfather, Part III inspired Bocelli to record his own version of the Academy Award-winning theme song “Speak Softly Love”, which Franc sang in both the film and on the original motion picture soundtrack. All proceeds from the concerts went directly to support the efforts of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation around the world.
